Introduction
The report will export the (FB) Student Acceleration Record section of the OH EMIS report. This report includes students who have been subject or whole grade accelerated in the current school year or students who are no longer accelerated. A student who is no longer accelerated is only required to be reported with a status of "N" in the first year they are no longer accelerated. This record is reported for students who have a referral from the district's Acceleration Evaluation Committee and were placed on a Written Acceleration Plan (WAP). The record can be reported for students who are accelerated in any grade level, kindergarten through high school.
Selection Criteria
Selection criteria determine which database records are used in the report. For the Student Acceleration Record, student records are selected.
School Selection
The report selects which school records to use based on the following criteria:

The school must be associated with a student included in the report.
Student Selection

The student is not excluded from state reporting (State/Province - OH > Home > State_ExcludeFromReporting or for a previous fiscal year S_OH_STU_SNAP_C.State_ExcludeFromReporting).

Students are selected where an FB record exists for the current fiscal year. If an FB record exists for the current fiscal year, only subject areas where a value exists for the Accelerated Status Flag will be included in the report.
Report Setup
To set up PowerSchool for this report:

Navigate to Student Selection > State/Province – OH > (FB) Student Acceleration Record to identify the subjects in which a student is accelerated or is no longer accelerated in one or more subject areas.

The report input is done in Data and Reporting > Reports > Compliance Reports > (FB) Student Acceleration Record.
