Data Import Map for ODDEX (Ohio Data Exchange)
This page describes the process for importing assessment results from the Ohio District Data Exchange (ODDEX) site via the Student Assessment (FA) Import function.
From the Student Assessment (FA) Import page, select ODDEX as the test type. The following parameters must be set:
Exclude from EMIS Reporting: Yes or No (Should these tests be included in (FA) Student Assessment report results?)
Import Graduation Tests Only: Yes or No (Should only tests related to graduation be imported?)
Ignore First Line: Yes or No (Does the file contain a header row that should be ignored? Hint: The file provided by ODDEX does not include a header row.)
File to Import: Click the Choose File button and browse to attach the ODDEX file.
Run validation: Click the Validate File button
Click Save to import the results into the S_OH_Stu_Assessment_C table.
