(CM) Mapped Local Classroom Code Record

Introduction

Use this extract for Career Technical courses. Use the report option to generate the CM record, which consists of local classroom codes that are “mapped” to another local classroom code. The state uses this information to combine students between the two classroom codes.

You generate this report at the district level.

Prior to running this report, the Local Classroom Code Mappings on the District Setup page, must be defined.

Selection Criteria

Selection criteria determine which database records are used in the report. For the CM Extract, local classroom code records mapped on the Mapped Local Classroom Code Record page (District Setup > Local Classroom Code Mappings) are included on the report.

The report input is done in Incident Management with the codes and subcodes used in IM.

Field	Description
Processing Options	Choose a time to run the report from the pop-up menu: In Background Now (Recommended) – Execute the report immediately in the background. ASAP – Execute the report in the order it is received in the Report Queue. At Night – Execute the report during the next evening. On Weekend – Execute the report during the next weekend. On Specific Time – Execute the report on the date and time specified.
Specific Date/Time	Enter a date using the format mm/dd/yyyy or use the date picker icon in order to run the report on a specific day. The incorrect format displays an alert and the date field is submitted as a blank entry. Use the pop-up menus to schedule the report to be run at a specific hour and minute. Example: 7/29/2008 @ 10:05 AM.
Fiscal Year	Enter the fiscal year for the report.
Reporting Period	The Reporting Period is defaulted to "L".

Each of the fields displayed in the output of the report are described below. See Understanding the Report Output Table for a definition of each column in the table.
