Introduction
Use this extract for Career Technical courses. Use the report option to generate the CM record, which consists of local classroom codes that are “mapped” to another local classroom code. The state uses this information to combine students between the two classroom codes.
You generate this report at the district level.
Prior to running this report, the Local Classroom Code Mappings must be defined (District Management > Compliance > (CM) Mapped Local Classroom Code).
Selection Criteria
Selection criteria determine which database records are used in the report. For the CM Extract, local classroom code records mapped on the Mapped Local Classroom Code Record page (District Management > Compliance > (CM) Mapped Local Classroom Code) are included on the report.
