Student Restraint Event Report
Introduction
This report generates Behavioral Intervention records for students enrolled during the selected time frame.
Selection Criteria
Selection criteria determine which database records are used in the report. Refer to selection criteria for analysis when the report does not return the correct records.
Selection
The report selects records from the [Students] and [ReEnrollments] tables based on the following criteria:
The student must not be excluded from state reporting.
The student has one or more school enrollment records that meet the following criteria.
The enrollment record is not excluded from state reporting.
The enrollment Exit Date occurs after the report start date.
The enrollment Entry Date occurs on or before the report end date.
Entry date is less than exit date (NS records are ignored)
The school of enrollment is not excluded from state reporting.
One or more Student Restraint Event records exist for the student in the specified reporting date range and within the student’s school enrolment dates.
If the student has multiple school enrolments in the same year in a school, all records recorded within all enrollments are reported.
All Students Restraint records that fall within the student school enrolment and within the date range specified are included.

Select Schools | Choose one of the following:

Students to Include | Indicate which students to include in the report by selecting one of the following options:
Note: If running the report for a single student, or group of students, select the students prior to running report. |
Start Date | Enter the start date for the report. The start date is the first date that extract scans for student enrollments. |
End Date | Enter the end date for the report. The end date is the last date that the extract scans for student enrollments. |
SFTP connections | Choose an SFTP connection from the pop-up menu to have the report output uploaded automatically. Please refer to the System Administrator portion of the PowerSchool Administrator User Guide for details on how to create an SFTP connection for use with this new report parameter. Note: Remote connection requires PowerSchool 7.1.4 or higher. |
Report Output
Each of the fields displayed in the output of the report are described below. See Understanding the Report Output Table for a definition of each column in the table.
