Selection Criteria

Records are published if the following criteria are met:

Assessment Fact records:

  • The student's school is not excluded from state reporting.

  • The student is not excluded from state reporting.

  • The assessment record has a test date that falls between 7/1/YYYY and the current date.

Test Records

  • The student's school is not excluded from state reporting.

  • The student is not excluded from state reporting.

  • The test record has a test date that falls between 7/1/YYYY and the current date.

  • The test name and subtest name match values listed here.

Resource Output

  • A separate nmped_studentAssessment record is published for each test or asessment fact record that occurred within the current year based on the year.

  • The nmped_studentAssessment resource is dependent on the prior publishing of the following resources: students.
