Selection Criteria
Records are published if the following criteria are met:
Assessment Fact records:
The student's school is not excluded from state reporting.
The student is not excluded from state reporting.
The assessment record has a test date that falls between 7/1/YYYY and the current date.
Test Records
The student's school is not excluded from state reporting.
The student is not excluded from state reporting.
The test record has a test date that falls between 7/1/YYYY and the current date.
The test name and subtest name match values listed here.
Resource Output
A separate nmped_studentAssessment record is published for each test or asessment fact record that occurred within the current year based on the year.
