How to enter County, District, and School Codes

There are three groups of fields for County, District, and School Codes:

  • Resident

  • Receiving

  • Attending

If you enter values in these fields, the order in which you enter the fields is important. Each field group is built on the previously entered values; that is, the School is built from District and the District is built from County. Therefore, you must enter the fields in this order:

  1. Enter the County field. The County entered is used to filter the District list.

  2. Enter the District field. The District entered is used to filter the School list.

  3. Enter the School field.

If you leave a field blank, the value displayed below that field is extracted.
