All States: Logic Updates to the CRDC 23-24 Report

The CRDC 23-24 Report failed because of the minimum length constraints on the course name and number fields. This issue has now been resolved.

CRDC 2023-2024 Report Update for HIBS-1 and HIBS-2 Calculation

The CRDC report now calculates HIBS-1 and HIBS-2 data using Incident Management.

Key Updates for HIBS-1 and HIBS-2:

• Incidents count for HIBS-1 & HIBS-2 only if the 'Allegation' checkbox is ticked.

• Each allegation category will be counted once per incident.

• If any Basis of Religion allegation is present, all listed religions are considered as allegation and get counted in HIBS-2.

• Incident should have an offender.

• Data is reported at the school level.

Note: Gender Identity is calculated from School CRDC page.

Updates to the Report output logic Student Incident Profile Report

If multiple participants and behaviors were associated, the behaviors and actions would duplicate in the Incident Profile Report output. This issue has now been resolved.
