Receiving Entities

Preferred

Select a Special Education Unit (SEU) as the district’s “preferred” Receiving Entity.

When “SEU” is the selected Receiving Entity Type on the student’s Records Release page, this "preferred" receiving entity name populates the “Receiving Entity Name” dropdown list as the default. 

Note: Only a single SEU can be set as “preferred”.

Defining District Courses

Note: When users select the "Instructional Delivery Method" value as 3, 4, or 7, they must select a value for the "Distance Learning Content Provider" field. If a Distance Learning Content Provider is not selected, users will not be able to submit data.

Enter the normal number of minutes (0-600) of instructional time for a regular school day.

Track Default Instructional Minutes > New/ Edit

If the school uses tracks for specific grade levels or groups of students, click New to create a record for each track and enter the number of minutes (0-600) the track meets for a regular school day. Click the Pencil icon to edit an existing track's instructional minutes.

Note: Multiple Instructional Minute records cannot exist for a single track.

Select a track from the drop down, to define its instructional time.
