MSIS ID Request File

Introduction

The MSIS ID Request File allows districts to request MSIS IDs (State Student Numbers) for new students in the school district.

Note: The report can be run at the school or district level.

Student Selection

The report selects student records based on the following criteria:

  • The school must not be excluded from reporting.

  • The student must not be excluded from reporting.

  • The MSIS ID (State Student Number) is null or blank.

  • The student’s enrollment is in the current school year.
