Introduction

This report lists the courses the selected students have taken and received a grade or have withdrawn. This is a School/Building level report.

Selection Criteria

Selection criteria determine which database records are used in the report. Refer to selection criteria for analysis when the report does not return the correct records.

Student Selection

Students must not be marked Exclude from State Reporting.
Teachers must not be marked Exclude from State Reporting.
Courses must not be marked Exclude from State Reporting.
Sections must not be marked Exclude from State Reporting.
Schools must not be marked Exclude from State Reporting.

Stored Grade Selection

The report selects records from the [StoredGrades] table based on the following criteria:

The section must be associated with a Course where the Position Code is Teacher (60).
The stored grade must be associated with a school, course, and section that are not excluded from state reporting.
The stored grade must be associated with the school included in the report.
The stored grade associated with grade level Kindergarten to 12 and V - Virtual Class or VH - Before/After School Virtual Classes are also included.
The stored grade must be associated with a store code that contains Q1, Q2, Q3, Q4, S1, S2, T1, T2, T3, and Y1 (the report will convert store code ‘Y1’ to ‘YL’ for submission).
The stored grade must be associated with a term that begins after the report start date and ends on or before the report end date.

Field	Description
Select School	Choose one of the following: Current School Only – Includes all student records associated with the current school that meet the selection criteria. To change the current school, click the School link at the top of the page and choose the appropriate school from the list. All Schools – Includes all records on the PowerSchool server that meet the selection criteria.
Current Selection Students	Choose one of the following: The Selected [x] Students Only – Run the report for students in the current selection. All Students – Run the report for all students in the current school or district.
Report Year	Choose the applicable school year.
Start Date*	Select the start date for the reporting period.
End Date*	Select the end date for the reporting period.
Term Code(s)	Select the applicable Term codes to include in the report.
Include classes taken at other schools	Select to include section enrollments at remote schools. No is selected by default.

Report Output

Each of the fields displayed in the output of the report are described below. See Understanding the Report Output Tables for a definition of each column in the table.

Note: In the Required column, a value of “C” indicates that the element is conditional – if the element applies to the particular record, then it is required.
