Report Description
The June CTSO submission is used to report student participation in Career Tech Student Organizations.
Selection Criteria
Selection criteria determine which database records are used in the report. Refer to selection criteria for analysis when the report does not return the correct records.
Student Selection
The report selects records from the [Students]table based on the following criteria:
- The student isn't excluded from state reporting
- The student isn't excluded from the CTSO report
- The student has a level of participation in at least one Career Technical Student Organization type.

School Selection | A school selection will only be available when in District Office. |
Student Selection | Select All or a group of students |
Include Optional Information | No = Only required or conditional information will be included. Optional information will be suppressed. Yes = All information will be reported, including data deemed Optional by DESE. |
Report Output
Each of the fields displayed in the output of the report are described below. See Understanding the Report Output Table for a definition of each column in the table.
Note: In the Required column, a value of "C" indicates that the element is conditional – if the element applies to the particular record, then it is required.
