Defining Co-Teaching Information

System Setup > Roles Administration > Co-Teaching Information

PowerSchool includes five predefined co-teaching roles. The role of Lead Teacher is currently the only role that can be assigned to a section's Section Lead teacher. It is required that the PowerSchool role of Lead Teacher be modified to add the Position Code 60 in the Reference Code field. The four remaining PowerSchool roles may be modified to match the name and description of state Position Code or deleted if the role will not be used. Additional state defined roles may be created if desired by the District.

Lead Teacher

The Role as defined by PowerSchool. This Role can be renamed but will remain as the only Role available for Lead Teacher in a section.
