CTE Credit Bearing Report
This report collects data regarding the total credits earned by students in their CTE program.
Selection Criteria
Selection criteria determine which database records are used in the report. Refer to selection criteria for analysis when the report does not return the correct records.
Student Selection
The student must be enrolled at least one day between the Report Start Date and the Report End Date.
The student must not be excluded from state reporting.
School Selection
The student's school must not be excluded from state reporting.

Report Start Date* | Select the Start Date for the report. |
Report End Date* | Select the End Date for the report. |
Include Student Name In Output File | Provides users the option to extract the student’s name as part of the file. If this option is set to "Yes", the legal last name and legal first name values from the Demographics tab are included in the report. However, if the legal name fields are blank, then the student's preferred last name and first name are included in the report. Valid values:

Report Output
Each of the fields displayed in the output of the report are described below. See Understanding the Report Output Table for a definition of each column in the table.
Note: The following data elements are required for the report submission except when listed as "blank is allowed".

Credit Amount | The amount of credit earned by the student. The credit amount is calculated by totaling the earned credits from CourseID. If duplicate courses are found, the values are added together. Note: The value must be in .5 increments and cannot be greater than 20.0. | Calculated | Numeric | 4 |
