MB Teacher Employment Report

Introduction
This report creates the teacher employment file "InCont.asc".
Selection Criteria
The report only includes teachers at the current school whose Status is set to "Current" and whose Exclude From Provincial Reporting is set to "No".

Start Date | Start of the date range. Employment records that end before this date will not be included. | Select date. Defaults to the first day of the currently selected term. |
End Date | End of the date range. Employment records that start after this date will not be included. If field is blank, report will assume that only the Start Date needs to be considered. | Select date. Defaults to the last day of the currently selected term. |
Report Output
The report output will contain one data row per employment record. All data values will be quoted except for dates. Depending on the Include Header Row report input parameter; a header row may be output describing each column's data. When the header row is included, the file cannot be uploaded to the EIS program. Do not include the header row if you intend to import the file to the EIS program. The header row can be helpful when validating the report data using a spreadsheet.
