MB Student Marks Report
Introduction
This report generates the fixed length xxxxmrk.asc Student Marks file for EIS submissions.
Selection Criteria
Includes students whose current school ([Students]SchoolId) is the currently selected school and whose 'Exclude From Provincial Reporting' flag ([Students]State_ExcludeFromReporting) is false.
When run at the district level, includes schools whose 'Exclude From Provincial Reporting' flag ([Schools]State_ExcludeFromReporting) is false.
Students must be in grade level 9 to 12.
Includes marks associated with a term selected in the Include Term(s) parameter on the report input page (i.e. [StoredGrades]TermId matches the term id for a selected term). The term id for marks stored by the Permanently Store Grades process is the term id of the associated class. The term id for marks stored directly in Historical Grades is that of the term specified by the user at the time of entry.
Courses for which the "Exclude Course From EIS Reporting" flag is on are excluded from the report. The flag is set on the Edit Course District Information data entry page.
