MB Student Enrolment Report

Introduction

This report generates the fixed length xxxxenr.asc Student Enrolment file for EIS submissions.

Selection Criteria

The report includes students whose current school ([Students]SchoolId) is the currently selected school and whose Exclude From Provincial Reporting flag ([Students]State_ExcludeFromReporting) is false. When run at the district level, the report only includes schools whose Exclude From Provincial Reporting flag ([Schools]State_ExcludeFromReporting) is false.

Parameter	Description	Choice Details
Enrolled As Of	Determines which students are selected for the report.	Only students enrolled on the specified date are included in the report. Default is September 30th of the current school year.

Report Output

The report output will contain one header row, followed by one information row per student. A .zip file will be generated containing two files, a .xls spreadsheet that can be opened in Excel, and a .asc submission file that is to be sent to EIS.
