MB Student Demographics Report

Introduction
This report generates the fixed length xxxxdem.asc Student Demographics file for EIS submissions.
Selection Criteria
The report includes students whose current school ([Students]SchoolId) is the current school and whose Exclude From Provincial Reporting flag ([Students]State_ExcludeFromReporting) is false. When run at the district level, the report only includes schools whose Exclude From Provincial Reporting flag ([Schools]State_ExcludeFromReporting) is false.

Report Output
The report output will contain one header row, followed by one information row per student. A .zip file will be generated containing two files, a .xls spreadsheet that can be opened in Excel, and a .asc submission file that is to be sent to EIS.
Each of the fields displayed in the output of the report are described below. See Understanding the Report Output Table for a definition of each column in the table.
