Troubleshoot Attendance

Introduction
This report calculates membership days and attendance days for students during the report date range.
Selection Criteria
Selection criteria determine which database records are used in the report. Refer to selection criteria for analysis when the report does not return the correct records.
Student Selection
The report selects records from the [Students] table where the ID matches the ID entered at report runtime.

Field | Description |

Student ID | Enter the internal ID of the student to troubleshoot, as seen at the bottom of the student's Teacher Comments page. |
Start Date | Enter the report start date. |
End Date | Enter the report end date. |
Report Output
Each of the fields displayed in the output of the report are described below. See Understanding the Report Output Table for a definition of each column in the table.

5 | Attendance | The number of days the student was present at the school during the report date range. The attendance conversion set up at the school level determines whether the student is absent for the day. Review additional information about troubleshooting attendance. | [Attendance]StudentID |
