IL DLM-AA Pre-ID Report

Introduction

User this report to generate information about students in grades 3-11 who have the DLM-AA checkbox selected (set to Yes) on their student record.

Selection Criteria

School Selection

The report selects which school records to use based on the following criteria:

The school must be associated with a student included in the report.
The school must not be excluded from state reporting.

Student Selection

The report selects which student records to use based on the following criteria:

The student must not be excluded from state reporting.
The student must be in grades 3-11 and selected for DLM-AA.
The student must be active on the report Snapshot Date.
The student with an exit date before an entry date will not be included.
The student must be enrolled in a school not excluded from state reporting.

Field	Description
Schools to Include	Choose one of the following: Current School Only – Includes all student records associated with the current school that meet selection criteria. To change the current school, click the School link at the top of the page and choose the appropriate school from the list. All Schools – Includes all student records on the PowerSchool server that meet selection criteria. Note: The All Schools option is only available when running the report from the District Office.
Current Selection Students	Indicate which students to include in the report by selecting one of the following options: The selected [number] students only – Run the report for students in the current selection. All students – Run the report for all students in the current school or district that meet the selection criteria. Note: If running the report for a single student, or group of students, select the students prior to runningreport.
RCDTS Number (Override)	Enter the 15-digit RCDTS (Region, Country, District, Type, and School) number. The value entered in this field will be used in the file name and the header in the report results.
Snapshot Date	Select the date frompop-upmenu.

7	Enrollment RCDTS for Serving School (Information from Demo/Enrollment file)	The RCDTS number that identifies the school that provides service to the student. 8	Assessment RCDTS for Testing School	The region, county, district, type, and school/program code that uniquely identifies the school/program where a student will be taking a state assessment during the current school year.
