Concurrent Enrollment Setup

Creating a New Concurrent Enrollment

The Create New Concurrent Enrollment function enables you to create concurrent school enrollments for state reporting purposes. Concurrent enrollments appear on the student's Transfer Info > Edit Concurrent Enrollment page.

Note: To enroll students in classes at the concurrently enrolled school, use the Enroll Student in Remote/Summer School Class function. For instructions about using this function, in PowerSchool click Help > System Help

Navigation:

  1. Find and open a student record.

  2. Under Enrollment, click Functions. The Functions page appears.

  3. Click Create New Concurrent Enrollment. The New Concurrent Enrollment page appears.

RCDTS Home School Number (Student Level)

Enter the student's home school information as follows:
 

  • If the student's home school is an in-district school, select the  student’s home school from the pop-up menu.

  • If the student's home school is an out-of-district school, enter RCDTS number that identifies the student’s home school.

Note: If this field is left blank, the RCDTS Home School Number (School Level) listed below will output in concurrent enrollment reports.
