The Student Incident Profile Report now lets users control incident grouping in the report output.

The Page Break option appears under Order Report By. The Page Break options are Student, Incident, and None.

All States/Provinces: Attendance Profile Report Update for Tracks

Attendance Profile Report: Version 1.13

The Attendance Profile report has been updated and will now honor a student’s track (if set) when calculating membership, attendance, and absence data.

The Learning Preferences Code Management page (path below) has been updated and will now display all entered/saved Learning Preference codes, regardless of the presence of an Effective Start Date value.

Update Destination Location Records and Dropdown Values for 2025–26

The Destination Location records are updated as per the 2025–26 requirements. The drop-down list values have been revised across all enrollment‑related pages. New codes are added with a start date of 08/01/2025, and codes that are no longer present are end‑dated as of 07/31/2025.

Updates to Migrant Education Program Parent Questionnaire

The Migrant Data Collection and Migrant Education Parent Form have been updated to reflect the state’s revised migrant questionnaire. A new, Best time to be contacted text field (100‑character limit) has been added above the Date Submitted section in table S_IA_STU_X.Mig_Employment.
The eligibility prompt regarding parent residency has been replaced with the updated state-required wording and now displays a helper message instructing users when to stop or continue the form.
The employment prompt has been updated with new language, and all job option labels have been replaced to match the latest Iowa Parent Form. When Other is selected, the accompanying field is now mandatory and renamed to What was the activity or company?.
