Select Schools

Choose one of the following:

• Current School Only – Includes all student records associated with the current school that meet selection criteria. To change the current school, click the School link at the top of the page and choose the appropriate school from the list.
• All Schools – Includes all student records on the PowerSchool server that meet selection criteria.

Note: The All Schools option is only available when running the report from the District Office.

Students to Include

Run the report for the current selection of students or all students.

Select grade levels for courses

Choose which grades to include, 7-12 or 9-12.

Selection of 7-12 will include grade 7 and 8 courses.

Select historical score to pull

Select the type of historical score from the pop up menu.

• Percent (default)
• Grade

Courses to report

Select the Store Code type from the pop up menu.

• (1) Limit to Store Codes of S1 and S2 (default)
• (2) Limit to Historical Grades which have Potential Credit Hours
• (3) Pull Historical Grades regardless of Store Codes

Force enroll status to G (graduated)?

Select to force the graduation status from the pop up menu.

• Yes – Force to Graduated (student’s status will be G in the extract only)
• No – Pull enroll status from PowerSchool (default)

Remove the selected Students

Select to set the Remove Student Indicator status from the pop up menu.

• Yes (set the Remove Student Indicator to R)
• No (default – blank)

Calculate GPA

Choose Yes or No to have GPA included in the report.

Selecting this option will increase the run report time due to background GPA processing.

Note: During this calculation, the Weighting Indicator field is taken into account, in the following priority:

1. Stored Grades ([S_GA_SGR_X]WeightingInd)
2. Section ([S_GA_SEC_X]WeightingInd)
3. Course ([S_GA_CRS_X]WeightingInd)

Use Alternate Course Number

Choose Yes or No to use alternate course numbers in the report.

Alternate course numbers replace the regular course numbers.

This parameter is used by private schools that do not use SBOE course numbers as the regular course number and have entered SBOE course numbers as the Alternate Course Number.
