SASID Testing Demographics Record Layout Report
Introduction
This report can be run at the school or district level. Values submitted reflect the student's status as of the testing date.
Selection Criteria
Selection criteria determine which database records are used in the report. Refer to selection criteria for analysis when the report does not return the correct records.
Student Selection
The report selects records from the [Students] or [ReEnrollments] table based on the following criteria:
- The student must not be excluded from state reporting.

Field | Description |
Select Schools | If run at the district level, choose one of the following:
If run at the school level, the report includes all records associated with the current school that meet the selection criteria. To change the current school, click School at the top of the page and choose the appropriate school from the list. |
Select Students | Indicate which students to include in the report by selecting one of the following options:

Display Headers? | Choose Yes or No to indicate whether or not to display headers on the output file. |
Include identifying information with each record for troubleshooting | Select Yes to include the following identifying information at the beginning of each record to help troubleshoot problems.

Extract Format | Choose the format for the extract. |
Report Output
Each of the fields displayed in the output of the report are described below. See Understanding the Report Output Table for a definition of each column in the table.
