Running the Prevent Harassment or Discrimination in Schools Report
Introduction
The purpose of this report is to collect data on formal harassment or discrimination reports received by schools, the type of bias reported, and the time taken to complete investigations and make findings. This report is mandated by C.R.S 22-1-143 and aims to ensure compliance with state reporting requirements.
Selection Criteria
The report selects records from the database based on the following criteria:
The school must not be flagged as "Exclude from State Reporting."
The incident must be categorized as "State Reportable."
The incident must fall within the specified date range provided in the report parameters.
The incident must involve behaviors categorized under "Bullying/Harassment" ( with a related subcategory) or Bullying^.

Field | Description |
School(s) to Include* | Select Multiple Schools using Ctrl+Click or Shift+Click to select a range of schools or All Schools. This option will only be available when at District Office. |
Start Date | The start date for the reporting period. |
End Date | The end date for the reporting period. |
