The Arizona Student Check-in/Check-out Log pulls student Meeting Attendance Check-in/Check-out information for a date range. The report includes all Meeting Attendance Clock-in/Clock-out records at the school for the selection of students for a given date range. It includes meeting period attendance codes and all Comments for the day.
Selection criteria determine which database records are used in the report.
The report selects records from the [Students] and [ReEnrollments] and [S_AZ_STU_CONENR_C ] tables based on the following criteria:
- The student must be enrolled in a school included in the report.
- The student must not be excluded from state reporting.
- The student’s school entry date must occur on or before the report end date.
- The student’s school exit date must occur on or after the report start date.
- The student’s school exit date must occur after their school entry date.

Students to Include
Indicate which students to include in the report by selecting one of the following options:
Note: If running the report for a single student, or group of students, select the students prior to running report.
Choose a date to begin the reporting period.
|Choose a date to end the reporting period.
Choose one of the following by which to sort the report output:
Choose the appropriate attendance codes from the pop-up menu. Leave blank to select all codes for that school.
Selecting one or more attendance code categories will cause the report to only include those codes
Note: To select multiple values, hold the Command (Mac) or Control (Windows) key as you click the values.
|Choose either PDF or Text-Tab from the pop-up menu to indicate the output file type.
Each of the fields displayed in the output of the report are described below. See Understanding the Report Output Table for a definition of each column in the table.
The date the report was run.
The time the report was run.
The the school name reported.
The page number of the report.
The report name.
The begin and end date of the reporting period, selected in the report parameters.
The sort by option, selected in the report parameters.
The attendance codes, selected in the report parameters.
The name of the student included in the report.
|The student's assigned identifier.
The student’s grade level at the time of the reporting period.
The date of the clock-in/clock-out record.

The time the student left school (clocked-out).
If the Enable Clock In/Out option is selected on the Attendance Preferences page: [AttendanceTime]Time_Out
The time the student arrived at school (clocked-in).

The list of all the attendances codes for the day. The field displays dots for classes with no marks and dashes for periods not scheduled.
