CTE Participant Concentrator | PowerSchool SIS Compliance

The CTE Participant Concentrator extracts CTE participant concentrator information for all students within the selected school year. One record is extracted for each unique CTE Program Number a student participates in for the current school year.

Selection Criteria

Selection criteria determine which database records are used in the report. Refer to the selection criteria for analysis when the report does not return the correct records.

Course Selection

The course must be marked as a Vocational Class.
The course must have a CIP Program number assigned.

Field	Description
Use	Choose one of the following: Current School Only – Includes all student records associated with the current school that meet selection criteria. To change the current school, click the School link at the top of the page and choose the appropriate school from the list. All Schools – Includes all student records on the PowerSchool server that meet selection criteria. Note: The All Schools option is only available when running the report from the District Office.
Students to Include	Select one of the following: The Selected [number] Students Only – Run the report for students in the current selection. All Students (default) – Run the report for all students in the current school or district that meet the selection criteria. Note: If running the report for a single student, or group of students, select the students prior to running the report.
CTDS of school of residence	Enter the County Code-Type Code-District Code-Site Number of the school of residence.
CTDS of school of attendance	Enter the County Code-Type Code-District Code-Site Number of the school of attendance.
File format	Choose one of the following from the pop-up menu: CTE Districts – formats the file for CTE districts. JTED Districts – format the file for JTED districts.

Each of the fields displayed in the output of the report is described below. See Understanding the Report Output Table for a definition of each column in the table.

This report outputs an excel file.
