Mass Remote/Summer School Enrollment

Use this functionality to select multiple students and mass remote-enroll them into a summer school.

Steps

Perform the following steps to mass enroll students into a summer school:

1. Make a selection of students.

2. Click Mass Remote/Summer School Enrollment.

3. Check the Show Summer Schools Only check box.

4. Select a school from School Where Class is Held.

5. Enter data for all the remaining fields including Alberta Reporting Information. For more information, refer to Enrolling Students in Remote/Summer School Classes section documented as part of Student Setup.

6. Click Submit.

Navigate to Start Page, Special Functions, Interface to Other Systems, PASI Interface, PASI Messages.

You can verify the payload to check if the enrollments were successful.
