Introduction
The following data elements are required for provincial reporting.
To perform district-specific tasks:

Click the School link at the top of the page. The School pop-up menu appears.

Choose District Office. The district Start Page appears.

Under District, click Setup.
The following information describes the setup required for Provincial Reporting. For information about general school setup, see Help > System Help.

Create one CTS Header course and one CTS Module course for each teacher/lab that is offered at the district. The CTS Header course is used for scheduling and attendance. Typically, a CTS Header course is created for each strand offered. For CTS Header courses, set the Diploma Course field to blank to exclude them from provincial reports.

Enter the school number. The number must contain 4 numeric characters. It is recommended that you use the School Code provided by Alberta Education. This field is numeric and therefore strips the leading zero from your school code. |
