Ed-Fi: Historical Grades Are Not Published for Manually Entered Grades – courseTranscript Resource

Description: The CourseTranscript resource is being updated to include manually entered grades. The Academic Subject field on the Historical Grade will be used as the Course Code. If a student has multiple grades with the same Academic Subject each grade will be given a different sequence number for the Course Code. For example, Science (SC) will extract as SC01, SC02, SC03.

Whenever there is an update to the Student Demographics fields, such as last name, first name, middle name, or gender it gets automatically published.

Membership Share Is Not Saving Correctly When Creating New Enrollments

Previously, when a new enrollment record was created for a student, the Membership Share of both the old and new records was being reset to a value of 1, even if the old record had a different value. This has been corrected so the new and old values will save independently and the old value will remain what it previously was.

Update Instruction Level and Deprecate Elements

When editing/entering a record for Section Enrollments, Sections or Courses, the values of AP and IB for Instruction Levels is not available for selection but in a Disabled section.
