State Reporting 21.11.1.0 Release Notes

PSSR-273161	All States/Provinces: PowerTeacher Seating Chart Update	The PowerTeacher Portal's Seating Chart page is updated and now honors the "Prevent Attendance page submit if blank attendance is used (PowerTeacher)" setting on the Attendance Preferences page.
PSSR-275504	New Fields Added for the Course Inventory Report	The following has been completed to improve the Course Inventory Report: Content Area and State Standards fields have been added to the Courses page. These include the valid state options. Course Inventory report pulls the new fields in the report output. A migration script runs to copy data from the Credit_Type field to the new Content Area field based on the Content Area codes mentioned on the ticket. If the value in Credit_Type does not match a new field, then nothing shows in the Content Area field.
PSSR-275190	Update Student Transcript with Quotes for CSV	The course names in the Student Transcript report output have been updated to have quotation marks (") around them to be able to correctly include courses that have a comma in the name.
PSSR-275343	Updates to Course Inventory Report	The following have been done to correct the Course Inventory Report: State_Course_ID column renamed to StateCourseID in the Course Inventory report output file. Removed the blank column that was appearing at the end of each row in the output file.
