Report Setup Requirements
Setup items for this Report:

Run from the full Summer School term to accurately report all sections and students.

Complete the PI-1804 fields on the Courses page.

Courses that have fees should have them entered on the Fees tab of the Courses page.

On-Line Classes should be identified on the Sections page by setting the Medium of Instruction option to Virtual.

Identify your Non-Resident Students on the Pupil Count Information (PI-1563) or Previous Enrollment page.

Run for only those schools that have summer school programs.

Run from the full Summer School term to accurately report all sections and students.

The Pupil Count Information (PI-1563) Page is updated for a student's current enrollment. For Summer School Enrollments you may need to enter/revise the Non Resident Reduction on the student's Previous Enrollment page.

If the student has a school enrollment in the selected school but is not enrolled in any sections, the student is still included in counts of this report.

If a student is enrolled in a section at the selected school, but does not have a school enrollment, the student is not included in the counts of this report.

Select this option to list multiple schools. Once this option is selected, choose the schools to be included. This option is available only at the District level. |

All Schools in selected sub-district |
Select this option to list all the schools in the selected Sub-district option. This option is available only at the District level. |

Run Now |
Click the Run Now button to run this report. |

Submit |
Click the submit button. You will be taken to the Report Queue. Once your file is complete, click on the complete button and you will have a PDF file to assist you in compiling your spreadsheet for the State. |
