PI-1563 Pupil Count Detail

Report Setup Requirements for Students

How students are selected for this report:

  • Students enrolled on the specified date will be reported by membership category.

  • Students are not excluded from state reporting.

  • Students are not enrolled in a school excluded from state reporting.

  • K4 and KG students should have Program Schedule entered on the ISES Report Information Page.

  • Students receiving Special Ed Services should have their Primary Disability as of the count date indicated in Special Programs > Special Education or SPED_Downloads

  • All Non-Residents, Resident Reductions or Additions are to be indicated on the Pupil Count Information (PI-1563) Page.

  • All Students should have their DOB correctly entered

Report Input

Select Set All; this will store your selections for this report which is helpful when you need to submit a new file and you are unsure of how you created your last file.

Date

Enter the Date – usually this is the Third Friday of September or the Second Friday in January.

Include Query Output in Trace (Internal Option)

If Trace is enabled, you can enable the Query Output Row Number Limit. Do not need to set.

Run Now

Click the Run Now button to run this report.

Sample Dataset Mode (Internal Option)

You do not need to check this box.

Select Schools

If run at the district level, choose one of the following:

  • Select Multiple Schools – Select schools to include in the report. To select a single school, click that school. To select multiple schools, use Ctrl+Click and select each school to be included. Select schools to include in the report

  • All Schools – Run the report for the entire district.

If run at the school level, the report includes all records associated with the current school that meet the selection criteria. To change the current school, click School at the top of the page and choose the appropriate school from the list.

Submit

Click the submit button. You will be taken to the Report Queue. Once your file is complete, click on the complete button and you will have a PDF file to assist you in compiling your spreadsheet for the State.

Trace (Internal Option)

Check the enabled button of you would like Trace Enabled. Do not need to Enable.
