Direct Certification Report

Run this report to create the required file for the Web-based Direct Certification Process.

Selection Criteria

Students are selected for this report by the following:

The school must not be excluded from state reporting.
The student must not be excluded from state reporting.
The student's entry date must be on or before the specified count date.
The student's exit date must fall after the specified count date.

Report Input

Field	Description
Select School	Choose one of the following: Current School Only – Includes all student records associated with the current school that meet selection criteria. To change the current school, click the School link at the top of the page and choose the appropriate school from the list. All Schools – Includes all student records on the PowerSchool server that meet selection criteria. This option is only available when running the report from the District Office.
For Count Date of	Enter the count date.
Run Now	Click the Run Now button to run this report.
Submit	Click to open the Report Queue (Report Works). Once your file is complete, click the completed button to download a text file that you can then upload to the Direct Certification site.
