Introduction

This report is intended to assist with the identification of students who should be identified as Concentrators for Career and Technical Education (CTE) reporting for WISEdata. Concentrators are determined by the user. The report lists CTE-related Information from the Career Technical Education (CTE) page, as well as enrollment in CTE-related courses where the student was awarded credit, is currently enrolled or has an enrollment for later in the current school year. CTE-related courses need to be identified as either Vocational or Career Tech or have an IAC Code specified in the Course (District>Courses>General>CIP Code).

Student Selection

The report selects records based on the following criteria:

The student must not be excluded from WISE Reporting.
The student's entry date must be on or before the Student Enrollment End Date specified in the runtime parameters.
The student's exit date must be after the Student Enrollment Start Date specified in the runtime parameters.
The report lists students in grades 11 and 12. Users have the option to include students in grades 9 and 10.

Field	Description
Select Schools	When you run the report from the district level, choose one of the following: Select Multiple Schools – Select the schools to include in the report. To select a single school, click the school name. To select multiple schools, use Ctrl+Click, and select each school to be included. All Schools – Run the report for the entire district. When you run the report from the school level, the report includes all records associated with the current school that meet the selection criteria. To change the current school, click School at the top of the page and choose the appropriate school from the list.
Only include students previously identified as Concentrators?	Choose Yes to only include students who have a 1 or 2 response for CTE Concentrator. The CTE Concentrator is set for a selected student on the State/Province –WI > Career Technical Education (CTE) page.
Only include students in Non-Certified Programs?	Select Yes to run the report for only students in non-certified programs.
Include grades 9 - 10	Select Yes to run the report for grades 9, 10, 11, and 12.
Student Enrollment Start Date	Enter the student enrollment start date. The student’s exit date must be after the Student Enrollment Start Date specified.
Student Enrollment End Date	Enter the student enrollment end date. The student’s entry date must be on or before the Student Enrollment End Date specified.
Current Selection of Students	Indicate which students to include in the report by selecting one of the following options: The selected [number] students only – Run the report for students in the current selection. All students – Run the report for all students in the current school or district that meet the selection criteria. If you run the report for a single student or a group of students, select the students prior to running the report.
Scheduling	Select Run Now or Schedule to determine when to run the report.
