90th Day Letter
This creates the 90 Day letter which is sent to parents of students who are In Process or Not Compliant with their immunizations. The Report will include currently active students who are not excluded from immunization reporting.
A List of In Process or Not Compliant students can be obtained with the Non-Compliant Student List.
Select the desired school and letter type.
Letter type options are:
In Process - If the In Process letter is selected students whose over all status (S_WI_STU_IMM_X.Imm_Status) is In Process are selected.
Not Compliant (Behind Schedule or No Record) - If the Not Compliant letter is selected students whose over all status (S_WI_STU_IMM_X.Imm_Status) is No Record or Behind Schedule are selected.
Run the Update Student Compliance function before running this report.
