Report Description

This file is used to submit the staff assignment and course section data. This report produces the Staff Section Assignment extract for the current school year in a comma-delimited format. 

Selection Criteria

Selection criteria determine which database records are used in the report.

Staff Selection

  • If the lead teacher has an educator ID of 9999100, 9999150, 9999200, 9999300 or 9999350, the report outputs a record for the co-teacher associated with the section.

Description

Select Schools

Choose one of the following:

  • Current School Only – Includes all student records associated with the current school that meet the selection criteria. To change the current school, click the School link at the top of the page and choose the appropriate school from the list.

  • All Schools – Includes all student records on the PowerSchool server that meet the selection criteria.

Note: The All Schools option is only available when running the report from the District Office.

File Path

Enter the file path. If applicable, select the associated checkbox to save as the default value.

Data Collection Name

Choose the applicable Data Collection.

  • 03_NightlyCollection_Unofficial

  • 04_YearEndCollection_Official

  • 07_SpringOfficial

SFTP Connections

Choose a selection from the pop-up menu. The default value is Disable.

Report Output 

Each of the fields displayed in the output of the report is described below. See  Understanding the Report Output Table for a definition of each column in the table.
