Report Description

This file is used to submit Identity Information for staff by SU/SD and Employing Org. This report produces the staff identity extract for current staff/educators in a comma-delimited format.

Note: This report extracts the same staff members as the 10_EmpOrg report. The report 0_Staff_Match is run to get all the EDUCATORID filled for this report.

Report Input

Field	Description
Select Schools	Choose one of the following: Current School Only – Includes all student records associated with the current school that meets selection criteria. To change the current school, click the School link at the top of the page and choose the appropriate school from the list. All Schools – Includes all student records on the PowerSchool server that meet selection criteria. Note: The All Schools option is only available when running the report from the District Office.
File Path	Enter the file path. If applicable, select the associated checkbox to save as the default value.
Data Collection Name	Choose the applicable Data Collection from the menu. 03_NightlyCollection_Unofficial 04_YearEndCollection_Official 07_SpringOfficial
SFTP Connections	Choose a selection from the menu. The default value is Disable.
