PSSR-329347	All States/Provinces: Yearly Medication Inventory Report ORA-00904 Error Update	Yearly Medication Inventory Report Version: 1.3 The yearly medication inventory report has been updated and will now run (and complete) as expected.
PSSR-330524	Enrollment Data Extract: Extra Spaces with Two Fields	Enrollment Data Extract: Version 1.5 The Enrollment Data Extract is updated to remove the extra spaces between the SFA ID and Local Student Identifier. Additional review of spacing for the School/Site Number, Student’s Last Name, and Guardian’s First Name completed.
PSSR-328654	Load Codes Subcodes Update for SBAR	The Load Codes Subcodes script is updated to support the use of a ‘None’ action Code for all VA users. This is state-wide but not a state-reportable code.
PSSR-327195	Master Schedule Collection (MSC): 2023-2024 Report Updates	Master Schedule Collection Report: Version 2.16 The Master Schedule Collection Report for the 2023-2024 is updated as per VA DOE: A new data element and logic have been added for 50% of Course Enrollment in the F record. Record Type submission ABG is no longer allowed.
PSSR-328792	Master Schedule Collection (MSC): Add New Override Field for 50 Percent Enrollment Calculation	A new field is added to the Edit Historical Grades page in the Virginia State Reporting Section to indicate if the student was enrolled in a course 50 percent of the time. PSSR-327720	Error Saving Student SOL Test Data on Submit	The student SOL Test Data Entry page is updated to allow users to submit the form when a Group Name is provided.
PSSR-328020	SOL Graduation Status Update Report	SOL Graduation Status Update Report Version: 1.5 Logic for the student Grad Credit Status tab is updated to correct the calculation for Y/ N when the criteria for the English subject has not been met.
PSSR-329403	Update Descriptions for Formerly EL Drop Down List	The Formerly EL data field drop down list is updated to increment the year. 1 - Proficiency Level 4.4 or greater / Proficiency Level 5 Spring 2023 2 – Proficiency Level 4.4 or greater / Proficiency Level 5 Spring 2022 3 – Proficiency Level 4.4 or greater / Proficiency Level 5 Spring2021 4 – Tier B or C – Earned 5.0 or greater / Proficiency Level 5 Spring 2020
PSSR-327968	VA - Student Record Collection - Restraint Count Update	Student Record Collection - Spring : Version - 6.2 Student Record Collection - EOY : Version - 6.5 Student Record Collection - Summer : Version - 5.3 Student Record Collection - Special Ed (Dec 1) : Version - 5.5 Student Record Collection - EIMS : Version - 5.5 Student Record Collection - Fall : Version - 6.3 The Restraint and Seclusion count is corrected when there are multiple enrollments for a student with a PRTO occurrence within the previous enrollment.
PSSR-329505	VA VIIS: New Field to Exclude Student Option	A new field is added to the VA Student Immunization page after the “Health Number” field with a label of “Exclude Student from Immunization Exchange”. This field will be used in the immunization data exchange with VIIS. When the Exclude Student from Upload flag is turned on, immunization data for the student is not sent via the data exchange process.
