PSSR-323298	Enhanced UI Standards (PDS): Additional Page Updates	Revisions have been applied to the pages listed below in the PDS versions: Special Functions Students Special Functions: (District & School) District & School Administration
PSSR-328602	Enrollment Data Extract: Client Data Format Update Required for Current Submission	Enrollment Data Extract : Version 1.4 Field SFA ID is updated to add a two leading zeroes to meet the four-character requirement. For example, District number 098 must be extracted as 0098. Field School/Site Number is updated to add a leading zero to meet the four-character requirement. For example, Schoolid/alternate school id of 109 must be extracted as 0109. Name fields must be truncated as to not exceed the maximum length of 30 characters.
PSSR-326709	Load Codes Subcodes Update for SBAR: FireArms Code	The Load Codes Subcodes script is updated to support the SBAR weapon related incidents for the 2023-2024 school year.
PSSR-327194	Master Schedule Collection (MSC): 2023-2024 UI Updates	The SCED Course Level field is updated to display in a new sort order and to include two new values: Adaptive (A) College Preparatory (C)
PSSR-326238	Student Record Collection (SRC) File Updates 2023-2024	Student Record Collection - EIMS: Version 5.4 Student Record Collection - Special Ed (Dec 1): Version 5.4 Student Record Collection - Summer: Version 5.2 Student Record Collection - EOY: Version 6.4 Student Record Collection - Spring: Version 6.1 Student Record Collection - FALL: Version 6.2 The Student Record Collection reports are updated as follows: Field header “Kindergarten Half Day” is updated to display as “Retired” Logic for data element Kindergarten Half Day is updated to no longer extract data (see existing retired fields)
PSSR-326239	Student Record Collection (SRC) UI Updates 2023-2024	To support the Student Record Collection reports, the Legal Gender field is updated as follows: Discontinue code N for non-binary (greyed out) Add new value A = Other for Gender field Field Values for student field Grade Code Level is updated to discontinue the following values: ‘KA’, ‘KP’, ‘JK’, and ‘T1’ (values are greyed out)
PSSR-325219	Student Record Collection - EOY Counts Restraint Twice if Student Has Two School Enrollments	The logic for data elements seclusion and restraint in the Student Record Collection (SRC) report has been updated to count as one for each enrolment when the students has Dual enrollment. The count of incidents with these occurrences is needed for EOY.
