Incident Profile Report: Version 1.4

The following updates have been made to the Incident Profile report:

• The report will now return incidents with the correct action (or actions) when it is run for specific action(s).

• The report will now return the expected incidents when it is run for actions that happened during a specific date range.

• The report will now return incidents with the correct behavior (or behaviors) when it is run for specific behavior(s).

Auto Load Course Data for Previous Year Courses

When using the Auto Load Course Data link on the student Academic Plan page in PowerSchool, courses for the current and previous school years are now available after the auto-loading is complete.

PSSR-308810

New: Physical Restraint/Time Out Data Entry

The PowerSchool Physical Restraint/Time Out link is now available. The Physical Restraint/Time Out page has the following validations:

• Occurrence Date and Event Type are required

• Users cannot enter a future Occurrence Date

• Occurrence Start Time and Occurrence End Time fields can only have TIME entry into them in the format HH:MI PM/AM

• Occurrence End Time should not be before Occurrence Start Time

Data for these records is stored in S_STU_RESTRAINT_SECL_C and stores the following for each entry:

1. Occurrence Date

2. Occurrence Start Time (HH:MM am/pm)

3. Occurrence End Time (HH:MM am/pm)

4. Event Type

   1. Time Out

   2. Isolated Time Out

   3. Physical Restraint

   4. Mechanical restraint

   5. Seclusion

5. Imminent Danger Self (blank, Y/N)

6. Imminent Danger to Staff (blank, Y/N)

7. Imminent Danger to Other Students (blank, Y/N)

8. Notes (400 max)
