All States/Provinces: Grade Level Immunization Compliance Mapping

For districts using LTK (Language Tool Kit) functionality to rename grade levels, a new UI screen is now available which will allow these renamed grade levels to be mapped to a native grade level value for immunization compliance calculations.

By mapping a renamed grade level to a native grade level, the immunization rules engine will consider that student as being the mapped grade level value when immunization compliance is determined.

New Report: Student Behavior Administrative Response (SBAR) for 2023-2024

Student Behavior and Administrative Response (SBAR) Collection: Version 1.0

A new report is created to collect incident information for state reportable incidents within a selected date range and to generate the state template provided for the 2023-2024 SBAR collection.

The old version of the SBAR Report is moved to the Legacy section of the state reporting page.

The Gender field for staff information is updated to include a new option for Other which stores a value of A. The value Non-Binary is greyed out as it is no longer valid for state reporting.

2023-24 MSC: Update Logic for Responsible Division

Master Schedule Collection: Version 2.17

The Responsible Division field in the F record is now a required field for all students, The report logic is updated so that it extracts the stored value if entered. If the source field for the record is blank, the report must generate the value by extracting the three-digit Division Number defined at the District Office.

Files configured for the VA Ed-Fi Laser project are included in the Compliance release to allow for multi-division deployment. Activation and management of these files remain with the PowerSchool Services team only.
