Graduates School

Additional setup is required to extract data correctly for the TSDS PEIMS Collections.

  1. The year must be defined in Years and Terms with just the start and end dates for the year being processed.
  2. At the Graduate School in the year being processed, from School > Attendance Conversions create a new conversion and name it Conversion for PEIMS or a generic name that the LEA chooses.
  3. At the Graduate School in the year being processed, from School > Bell Schedules create a new bell schedule and select the conversion created above. You do not need to define any periods or times.
  4. At the Graduate School in the year being processed, from School > Calendar Setup define the Day and Bell Schedule for the first day of in-session for the students and the last day of in-session for the students. Make sure to check the in-session checkbox and give these dates a membership value of 1.

Note: If the above steps are not set up the graduate students will have invalid data for the Fall Collection for their Economic Disadvantaged Code.
