Create New Historical Enrollment

This function can be used to add a new student enrollment record manually to the REENROLLMENTS and state ReEnrollments table for the selected students.

Prior to running this function:

1) You must make a student selection.

2) Note that this function will update all enrollment fields for every student in selection.  It is advised to only use this feature for 1 student at a time.

3) You must be in the School Year (top right) for the desired enrollment year to ensure the appropriate FTE is stored.  For example, if creating an enrollment for the 21-22 school year, confirm that the year in the top right of your page shows 21-22.

Note: Failure to follow the precautions above will yield unexpected results.

Creating New Historical Enrollments

Start Page > Special Functions > Group Functions > Create New Historical Enrollment

Enter the entry date of the previous enrollment.

Choose the entry code for the previous enrollment.

Choose the exit code for the previous enrollment.

Full-Time Equivalency

Choose the FTE value of the previous enrollment.

Choose the grade level in which the student(s) were enrolled in the previous enrollment.

Select the track code from the list.

District of Residence

Select the district code for the student's residence.

Update Previous Enrollment

Start Page > Special Functions > Group Functions > Create New Historical Enrollment > Update from previous enrollment

The list of previous enrollments for the selected student appears here. Click any of the previous enrollments to view the Editing Current/Previous Enrollments fields, and you can save a copy of the fields to the Historical Enrollment.
