(GV) CTE March Follow-up Record
The (GV) CTE March Follow-up Record is used for the March (D) reporting period. The district employing the teacher of the workforce development program shall report CTE student concentrator follow-up data in the current school year’s March (D) Collection for all concentrators within six months of leaving school. This is typically students from one or more prior school years.
In the March (D) reporting period, a district receives a file containing all students who require a follow-up record. Districts poll students to determine their current status and report that status in the March (D) period.
Student Selection
The report selects which student records to use based on the following criteria:
The student has a record in the Student March Follow-up for CTE (GV) Page for the fiscal year for which the report is being generated.
