(GP) Graduation-Only Test Record (Obsolete – FY16)

The report will export the (GP) Graduation-Only Test Records for the EMIS report for period G reporting.

Selection Criteria

Selection criteria determine which database records are used in the report.

District Only Selection

The report selects which records to use based on the following criteria:

The diploma date entered for the student must fall within the report parameter start and end dates.

The report input is done in Incident Management with the codes and subcodes used in IM.

Field	Description
Report Start Date	Enter the start date for scanning school enrollments. Format: [M]M/[D]D/[YY]YY
Report End Date	Enter the end date for scanning school enrollments. Format: [M]M/[D]D/[YY]YY
Reporting Period	Report defaults to Period G.
Fiscal Year	Enter the four-digit fiscal year.
