Running Multiple Reports Simultaneously
Note: This functionality is available in Version 9.2.4 and higher.
Some reports can be submitted and run simultaneously. On the Reports > State Reports page, reports with multi-submit functionality display a checkbox to the left of the report as well as a checkbox on the heading under which the report resides.
You can run single reports or multiple reports at one time. You can also select a heading's checkbox to run all the reports under that heading at once.
All multi-submit reports have report parameters preset as defaults. These defaults are used when you run multiple reports simultaneously; however, you can change these parameters at any time. You can also set new parameter defaults when required.
To run multiple reports simultaneously:
- On the Start Page, click System Reports. The Reports page appears.
- Click the State tab. The State Reports page appears.
- (Optional) To change parameters before running the report:
- Open the multi-submit report to be run and set the report parameters.
- Under Scheduling, click Schedule and enter a date and start time.
Note: Allow enough time to set the parameters for all the other reports you want to run simultaneously. - Click Submit. The State Report page appears.
- Repeat steps 3-5 for each multi-submit report for which you want to change the parameters.
- On the State Reports page, click the checkbox next to each report you want to run, or click a heading checkbox to run all the multi-submit reports under that heading.
- Click Submit.
