Student Award Fact Extract

Introduction

This district-level extract reports data for each state seal of bilingualism-biliteracy awarded. State seals of bilingualism-biliteracy may be awarded for multiple languages. A separate record must be submitted for each language. Student award fact records are entered on Start Page > Student Selection > New Mexico State Information > Award Fact. The Student Award Fact returns records for students with a Student Award Fact record in the current school year for each Award Fact record with an award date between the report start and end dates. The Output File Name for Student Award Fact is [DistrictNum]_STUDENT_AWARD_FACT_[Timestamp].csv.

Selection Criteria

Selection criteria determine which database records are used in the report.

Student Selection

The student must have an Award Fact record between the report start and end dates.
The student is HSDA-flagged.

Field	Description
Select Schools	Choose one of the following: Current School Only – Includes all student records associated with the current school that meet selection criteria. To change the current school, click the School link at the top of the page and choose the appropriate school from the list. All Schools – Includes all student records on the PowerSchool server that meet selection criteria. Note: The All Schools option is only available when running the report from the District Office.
Select Students	Choose one of the following: The Selected [x] Students Only – Run the report for students in the current selection. All Students – Run the report for all students in the current school or district.
Select Start Date	Enter the start date of the report.
Select End Date	Enter the end date of the report.
