All States/Provinces: PowerTeacher Multi-Day Attendance Page "No Blank Attendance" Update for Future Attendance

Multi-Day Attendance page has been updated and will no longer require attendance be entered for future dates for the page to be submitted when "No Blank Attendance" setting is enabled.

Ed-Fi - Project Nova Pilot - New Fields Now Available

The fields below are new date fields needed for reporting via Ed-Fi:

• Diploma Award Date (Ed-Fi)

  • Start Page> [Select Student]> State / Province NM> Graduation Plans

• Date Entered US Schools (Ed-Fi)

  • Start Page> [Select Student]> State / Province NM> Bilingual

Note: These fields are ONLY needed for Ed-Fi and do NOT need to be populated for the existing STARS extracts.

Services Fact Record ForiegnKey Update

The Services Fact new/edit data entry pages have been updated and will now write the foreignkey value to the Services Fact record.

With this update, records created though the user interface will display on the records overview screen as expected.

Student and Student Snapshot Templates - Gender Identity Update

NM Student Template Extract: Version 6.5

NM Student Snapshot Template Extract: Version 5.8

The Student and Student Snapshot templates have been updated to pull the Gender Identity value from the Students.Gender field and all valid values (M, F, and X ) will extract as expected.

Additionally, the Gender Identity value will only report if the value is different than the Birth Gender Code.
