Ed-Fi - Project Nova Pilot - New Resources

The following resources/data can now be published for the Project Nova initiative:

• StudentEducationOrganizationAssociation

• StudentProgramAssociation - BUS, BUSA, BSCE data

  • Note: The appropriate “rodebus” checkbox must be checked and:

    • The sysdate (current date) must be greater than the 40D date and less than or equal to the 80D date (district-level STARS date) and the stux.RodeBus80D field is 1.

    • The sysdate (current date) is greater than the 80D date and less than or equal to the 120D date (district-level STARS date) and the stux.RodeBus1200D field is 1.

EDFI Setup & Connection Configuration Updates

The Ed-Fi General Set page has been updated and will now display the following years as options to send data for.

• 2021-2022

• 2022-2023

Additionally, the sandbox ODS url will auto-populate in the Data Exchange URL & Authentication URL fields.

Project Nova - Ed-fi Dashboard Update

As New Mexico districts will be downloading courses from the state ODS, the Courses row has been removed from the Publish Data section of the Ed-Fi dashboard.

NM Staff Template: Version 3.3

NM Staff Snapshot Template: Version 3.4

The NationalCertified column will now report in position 63 for the Staff and Staff snapshot templates.

Student Template - No-Show Students Update

NM Student Template: Version 6.9

The Student Template logic is modified and now No-Show Students will be extracted in the report output.

Note: This logic change does not apply to the Year Round reporting period.
