Logic for Off-Site Students only

The report displays the Location Code (if specified) under the Program Facts tab in student setup. If the Location Code is null, then the value specified for the Off-Site Student - Building Providing Services field under the Special ED tab is displayed. If both the Location Code and Off-Site Student - Building Providing Services fields are null, then the report displays the alternate school number, if specified. Else, the School ID is displayed.
